3 months Time frame

CampusLaunch runs university accelerator programmes where each cohort partner needs co-branded landing pages, mentor proof, curriculum detail, and CRM-connected application flows on tight academic calendars. Programme marketing teams previously waited weeks per cohort page from external agencies. Applicants abandoned half-finished forms when fields were inconsistent and pages were hard to assemble. Sponsor co-branding requirements added delay before each intake could go live, leaving strong candidates without a clear path to finish.

Challenges & approach

Problem

Programme marketing waited three weeks per cohort page. Applicants abandoned forms because fields were inconsistent and pages were hard to assemble. Sponsor co-branding requirements added another layer of delay. Application completion suffered when each cohort launch required a full design cycle instead of reusable modules marketing could configure themselves.

Solution

We built a modular page system with hero, curriculum, mentors, and apply blocks that marketing assembles without a full design cycle. Forms push directly into CRM. Co-branded sponsor pages preserve CampusLaunch identity. Pilot launches on two programmes proved conversion before full rollout.

What we focused on

Modular cohort page system

Reusable hero, curriculum, mentor, and apply blocks let marketing assemble programme pages without a full design cycle per intake. Co-branding rules keep sponsor identity consistent across partners.

CRM-connected application flows

Forms push directly into CRM instead of sitting in a shared inbox. Applicant data routes to the right programme owner with fields matched to what admissions teams need to review.

Form abandonment reduction

Application fields were trimmed and standardised across cohorts. Consistent flow reduces mid-form drop-off when applicants move between programme pages with different field sets.

Sponsor co-branding templates

Partner pages preserve CampusLaunch identity while accommodating university and sponsor logos. Marketing launches co-branded intakes without bespoke design work each term.

Pilot-proven conversion modules

Two programme launches tested module conversion before full rollout. Blocks were refined based on where applicants stalled during the first pilot cohorts.

Process

We mapped the programme launch workflow with marketing, then designed reusable modules and tested them on two pilot cohorts before rollout.

Discovery

Marketing walked us through the old launch process: weeks per page, inconsistent branding, and form drop-offs mid-application when fields changed between cohorts.

Customer and competitor research

Accelerator programmes that convert applicants lead with mentor proof, curriculum clarity, and short apply flows. We benchmarked module content against that evaluation pattern.

Information architecture and messaging

Module library structure separates hero, curriculum, mentors, and apply with consistent copy patterns. Co-branding rules were documented so marketing assembles pages without design review each time.

UX design and conversion journey

Apply modules were simplified with fewer required fields and mobile-friendly completion. Wireframes tested scan order for mentor proof and curriculum detail before the application block.

Search/local visibility foundations

Programme page titles and structure support cohort-specific searches and partner university queries. Pages help applicants find the right intake when researching accelerator options.

Launch tracking optimisation

Application completion and module usage were tracked from pilot launch. Reporting showed which blocks correlated with finished applications across the first four cohort rollouts.

Results

Simpler

Application forms

Fields and page flow were standardised so applicants are not hit with a different form on every cohort page.

Modular

Cohort page launches

Marketing assembles new programme pages from reusable blocks instead of waiting on a full design cycle.

CRM

Direct routing

Leads push straight into CRM instead of sitting in a shared inbox awaiting manual sorting.
