About project

Website Redesign · Brand Identity · Website Design

3 months Time frame

Wildframe is a creative studio concept pitching brand and campaign work to marketing leads who shortlist on case relevance, process clarity, and brief path, often deciding within one browser session. Agency buyers evaluate problem, approach, and outcome on case studies, not image grids. Template studio sites bury services under aesthetic fluff and hide contact until the portfolio ends. Strong work alone does not win pitch shortlists when producers cannot tell hire-by-discipline fit or how to start a project.

Challenges & approach

Problem

Marketing leads shortlist studios on relevant case proof and a clear brief path in the first few minutes. Image grids without problem and outcome context fail pitch evaluation. Services buried under aesthetic presentation and footer-only contact lose enquiries from leads who found relevant work but could not figure out how to hire for their discipline.

Solution

Case studies follow client problem, approach, and measurable outcome. Services grouped by what buyers hire for: brand, campaign, digital. One start-a-project path sits where a marketing lead expects it after viewing relevant work, not buried in footer contact.

What we focused on

Outcome-led case study format

Each project explains client problem, approach, and result, as well as final visuals. Pitch evaluators read context before aesthetics when deciding whether to include a studio on a shortlist.

Hire-by-discipline services

Brand, campaign, and digital paths match how marketing leads search for studio support. Discipline entry stops visitors from guessing whether Wildframe handles their brief type.

Work-first site hierarchy

Portfolio leads the site while services and contact support the hiring decision. Structure inverts template studio layouts that bury proof under brand manifesto copy.

Start-a-project enquiry path

One brief enquiry route sits after relevant case viewing. Contact appears where leads expect it post-portfolio instead of only in the footer after long scroll.

CMS-ready case framework

Case study templates and content rules defined for a CMS-backed build. New projects publish with consistent problem-approach-outcome structure without bespoke page design.

Process

This concept defined portfolio structure, case study format, and hire paths before a CMS-backed studio build.

Discovery

We mapped how marketing leads shortlist studios: work quality, relevant case proof, and a clear brief path in the first few minutes of evaluation.

Customer and competitor research

Studios that win pitch work lead with outcome-led cases and discipline-specific hire paths. Wildframe was benchmarked against that agency evaluation standard.

Information architecture and messaging

Navigation follows pitch evaluation order: relevant work, services by discipline, start project. Copy uses buyer language around brief scope and deliverables, not studio insider terms.

UX design and conversion journey

Wireframes kept imagery dominant while surfacing case context and hire CTAs. Brief forms capture discipline, timeline, and budget band for studio qualification.

Search/local visibility foundations

Case and service page structure supports creative studio comparison queries. Headings target discipline and capability searches marketing leads use during vendor research.

Launch tracking optimisation

Concept defines brief enquiry tracking by discipline for full build. Measurement plan covers which case paths should drive start-project requests post-launch.
